Introduce Your Students to the Junior Fire Marshal® Training Academy
Begin by teaching students the importance of fire safety and give them a brief overview of what they will be learning throughout the course. You should also use this time for a classroom discussion to discover what students already know about fire safety!
Keeping a Journal
Throughout this course, students should keep a journal of what they learn after each lesson. Take some time to help students create the journals they’ll be using throughout the course. These journals will reinforce what students learn in class and will bring them one step closer to becoming a Junior Fire Marshal!
You can view a downloadable journal template on our Resources page or have the students create their own.
